It's Sweater Weather

Sweaters, Sweaters, and More Sweaters.For this upcoming fall season I predict that oversized sweaters will be the go-to staple in everyones closet. Not only is this garment simple to style, but it adds that extra bit of warmth that everyone so desperately needs this late in the year.
I took a trip over to my local Urban Outfitters here in the West Village a few days ago, and boy did I see oversized pieces being styled on the oh so teeny waisted mannequins. These sweaters were practically swallowing these poor lifeless girls, but they looked extremely cozy and cute! And no, this staple piece is not just for women, but for the guys as well.
This new key item can be style over a dress, with a cute pair of jeans, or a body-con skirt! My tip though is to keep the bottom-portion of your outfit tight so your body doesn't resemble a huge blob. Balance, Balance, Balance! And don't be scared to get crazy with those patterns. Having fun images displayed on your garment will only give some life to your otherwise dark, winter outfit!
So ladies and gents, please look out for these larger than life pieces. Fashion just got bigger... and warmer!

I love sweaters!! They are a must have for Fall! Sweaters come in so many different styles!! You can wear them oversized or preppy. My favorite style is the oversized sweaters paired with a cute pair of boots! I know most people by the end of summer are just waiting to bust out and dust off their sweaters! :)
